1. I don't use any presets
I just don't 🤷🏼‍♀️ I edit one photo, and use that edit for the ones with similar lighting and coloring.

2. No Contracts
Only time I've ever used contracts is for weddings... which I've only just started on 🫠

3. under charging & over delivering
I get told this one all the time. I can never only pick a few favorites, I end up giving more than promised every time

4. 1 camera and 1 SD card!!
I know this one is CRAZY, saving up for another camera soon 🤞🏼

5. I don't use email to schedule photos
I have it listed, but I've had such bad experiences with using emails! they get lost, and sometimes I can't message clients with full inboxes 😅

6. I Photoshop people out... a lot.
I am not ashamed to say I use Photoshop a lot. it's a good tool to learn because not everywhere is going to be completely clear of people!

7. I backup every session on a hard drive
Yes it takes up space but I love being able to look back and see my growth from the years past 🥹

8. I'm willing to photograph any life event
I might tell you that couples are my favorite, but I'm really into just about everything. Seniors, Families, couples, and groups!!

9. Not scheduling my posts on socials
I cannot for the life of me make even one post in a day, scheduling them just would be pointless to me 🫣

10. I don't pay for any websites.. at all ✨
I use Pixieset and Wix! both are free, I don't pay for Pixieset, I tell clients their galleries are up for a month and then I move them to make space for the new ones! simple as that :)

Notice I said part time, not beginner, don't let my crazy takes fool you! I've been a photographer for EIGHT years now!! I know I will have people come at me for these, this is just how I run it 😗✌🏼
